Upcoming Event

Join the Greater Kansas City APICS group for our 4th Annual Holiday celebration making wine.

Enjoy wine made directly in a downtown Lees Summit micro-winery.  We will make our own batch of wine, with our own APICS KC logo and picture.   As a group we will taste a few wine, enjoy some light appetizers, and the group will pick a favorite wine to make.

Then 8 weeks later, we will go back and bottle the wine.  The best part is the Networking and fun that goes with it, PLUS EVERYONE TAKES HOME A BOTTLE OF WINE.

A little about Headquarters Pub.   They are in the same location as previous years, but they have changed owners. BUT DON'T PANIC, JOE, OUR FAVORITE WINE GUY WILL STILL BE AROUND.   The concept of Headquarters is very refreshing, they have an intense passion for charity.  They are very active in raising money to support first responder and military charities.   Their motto is "Serving Those that Serve Us"  They donate 9.11% of the profit from merchandise sales back to military and first responders charities.   The main charities they are involved with are FISH (Friends in Service of Heroes) and SAFE (Surviving Spouse and Family Endowment Fund)

Please join us in welcoming their new location and celebrate their grand opening.
